These vehicles are based in the camp. In Botswana, we use light aircraft as a means of transport between areas, so all safari vehicles are based in the camp.
In Okavango Delta and Linyanti Private Reserve the maximum capacity of the vehicles is 7-8 passengers, although for safaris shared with other camp guests, the maximum is 6 people.
In Makgadikgadi Pans the maximum capacity of the vehicles is 8 passengers.
If your group has less than 6 or 8 people, you can book a vehicle for a private safari at extra cost, subject to availability.
If your party has 6 people in Okavango Delta and Linyanti Private reserve, the vehicle is private.
If your party has 8 people in Makgadikgadi Pans, the vehicle is private.

Although the design of the vehicles is very similar, the vehicles used in each camp may be of different makes and designs to those shown as examples.
