Kibale National Park

BEST PLACE TO SEE CHIMPANZEES
With the largest chimpanzee population in Uganda, numbering at around 1300 individuals, Kibale is one of the best places on the continent to observe these wonderful creatures.
PRIMATE PARADISE
In addition to chimpanzees, twelve other primate species have been recorded in Kibale, making this national park a true paradise for primate lovers.
FOREST FAUNA
Aside from primates, Kibale is home to more than 70 species of mammals, including leopards, duiker, warthogs, potamok, buffalo and even a population of about 500 forest elephants.
